ZINC PHOSPHATE PRIMER
A high build zinc phosphate primer, manufactured to give anti corrosive protection when applied to blast cleaned metal surfaces. Can be out through an airless spray system or brushed/rolled
Available in Red, Grey, Buff and white, in both 5litre cans and 20 litre drums
QD ENAMEL ( GLOSS)
To be applied over a suitable primer, quick drying and to give protection to a range of products in most Industrial environments . Available in a range of colours , in both 5 litre and 20 litre drums. Check out the colour charts for the range of colours available. Ideal for gates /equipment/chassis
PRIMER FINISH
A semi gloss sheen finish that has similar properties to the zinc phosphate primer and can be applied direct to blast cleaned metal surfaces. Can be used on its own for a one coat system or with a primer. Ideal for steel framed building/skips/machinery. Can be put through an airless spray system or brushed/ rolled. Available in a range of colours , in both 5 litre and 20 litre drums .Check out the colour charts for the range of colours available

2 PACK POLY
A high performance two pack acrylic polyurethane finish with excellent gloss and gloss retention. Good resistance to mechanical damage, solvent, and chemical spillage.
Typical uses include plant, machinery, agricultural and construction equipment, and a wide range of OEM components.
2 PACK EPOXY
A range of general service, solvent borne, 2-pack epoxy paints for the protection and decoration of suitably prepared steel structures, components or other fabrications. Epoxy paints may be used as chemical resistant coatings [excluding certain acids] on concrete, interior hardwood and on certain plastics including GRP but excluding Polycarbonate. Their use on PE and PP plastic, ‘green’ or ‘power floated’ concrete and some ‘problem’ metals is only possible after the use of or application of an appropriate substrate pretreatment.
FIRE PROTECTION
This is a one component solvent based acrylic thin film intumescent coating. Independently approved for fire protection of structural steel exposed to cellulosic fire. Can be used as mid coat or finish coat in atmospheric environments. Suitable on approved primers on carbon steel substrates.
Specially designed as passive fire protection for steel constructions. Suitable for structural steel exposed to external environments up to corrosivity category C4 (ISO 12944-2), with a compatible topcoat.
